About
I am an Associate Professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca, member of the Cryogenic Laboratory at the Department of Physics, and member of the Bicocca Quantum Technologies centre. Since October 2021, I have been a Marie Skłodowska-Curie IF Researcher (MSCA-IF-GF, Horizon 2020) at the University of Milano-Bicocca. From January 2022 to September 2023, I held the position of Visiting Faculty at the University of Colorado Boulder (USA) and International Research Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology Boulder (USA). Although my visiting period ended in September 2023, I continue to collaborate with both institutions as an external collaborator. My research primarily focuses on the development of innovative technologies for quantum information science and advanced superconducting detectors for neutrino physics. Currently, I hold the position of Principal Investigator for the DARTWARS project and serve as the working package coordinator for the Qub-IT projects. Additionally, I am actively involved as a member of the HOLMES, CUORE/CUPID and PTOLEMY projects.
